PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Product Management is an integral part of any Business Management Process. Odoo Multichannel allows you to manage the products from any connected Marketplace/E-Commerce Channel from the Odoo end as the connector provides bi-directional product synchronization between Odoo and the connected Marketplace/E-Commerce Channel.

The admin/user will be able to import/export Products and Product Variants between Odoo and the connected Marketplace/E-Commerce thus allowing the admin/user to manage the catalog information from any end.

ORDER MANAGEMENT

Having Odoo Multichannel Sale gives the upper hand to the Admin/user to sync the orders from the connected Marketplace/E-Commerce to Odoo and process them at the Odoo end.

The admin/user will be able to process synchronized orders at the Odoo end. The order status will get synchronized from Odoo to the connected Marketplace/E-Commerce so that the same order status will be there at both ends.

Odoo Multichannel Sale allows the admin/user to use the Odoo as the Order Management tool for the various connected Marketplace/E-Commerce Channels.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Odoo is well known for its effective inventory Management. Odoo Multichannel Sale allows you to use Odoo as the Inventory Management tool for the connected Marketplace/E-Commerce channels.

The stock of the products will get synchronized to the Odoo end during initial product synchronization from the connected Marketplace/E-Commerce channel to the Odoo end, and then Odoo will be the master to manage the stock of all products for the connected Marketplace/E-Commerce channel.

Any change in the stock level of the products at the Odoo end will get synchronized to the connected Marketplace/E-Commerce channel in real-time*.

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

Having customer information in a centralized place is very vital for Order Management, Accounting, etc.

Odoo Multichannel allows the admin/user to sync the customer and customer information (Addresses) from the connected Marketplace/E-Commerce Channel to Odoo. The synchronized customer and customer information can be further used at the Odoo end for delivery order management, Invoicing management, etc.
